Ayurveda Consulting ("we," "us") operates ayurvedaconsult.ca and provides online Ayurvedic wellness consultations to clients in Canada. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
We collect this information for one purpose: to provide your consultation and personalized wellness plan, including scheduling sessions, preparing for your consultation, delivering your plan, processing payment, and following up on your progress. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising. If we ever wish to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
We use trusted service providers to operate this business. Your information is shared with them only as needed to deliver the service:
These providers may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Referral partners. Some clients book through a referral link from one of our partners, such as a local business. We pay that partner a small fee for each completed session, so we record which partner link you used. We tell partners only how many completed sessions came from their link. We never share your name, contact details or health information with them.

This website is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. Consultation records and wellness plans are stored in access-controlled accounts. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide ongoing care and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Our services include children's wellness consultations. All information about a minor must be provided by, and all sessions attended by, the child's parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the child's behalf.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, which buttons are clicked, the dosha quiz result type (not your answers), the type of device and the general location (country and city). It uses first-party cookies, and it doesn't tell us who you are. We have also turned on Google signals and demographics reporting in Google Analytics. For visitors who are signed in to a Google account with ad personalization on, Google combines its own advertising cookies and account data with our analytics cookies to show us age range, gender and interests as group totals only. We never see who you are, we don't use this data to show ads, and we never sell your information. Google processes this data for us and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States. You can turn this off in Google's My Ad Center, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser. The embedded booking calendar (Cal.com) uses functional cookies that are necessary for scheduling to work.
